Musician (and a whole lot more)

Based in Albuquerque and New York City, Nathan has been acting professionally since 2012. Though he's just started to hit the big screen, Brimmer is no stranger to the spotlight. A talented musician and singer most of his childhood, Nathan started acting in high school in 1993. He followed this by founding the improvisational sketch comedy troupe Confined Liberation at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he attended for Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Economics.

After college, Nathan spent the majority of the 2000's as CIO of The Franklin Mint in NYC. During his tenure, he ran into childhood friend Adam Luaces while riding the same subway car en route to a Yankees game. Luaces, an established musician in New York City, invited Brimmer into his newest project Vonrenzo. After Brimmer and Luaces teamed up, they went on to start Nevaeh Recordings and OTR Publishing. In 2010, they signed jazz and R&B vocalist Michelle Cruz to the label, helping her pen and produce her debut, Grammy-recognized album "The Recovery".

In 2011, Brimmer and Luaces were fueled by another conversation with a childhood friend to enter the world of screenwriting. Embarking on the cloaked story J.V. the pair brought on accomplished writer Katie Neuner as the necessary balance to the writing team. The trio went on to pen several scripts over 2011 and 2012, including D.B.I.,U.I.D, and T.F. While working with The Franklin Mint under the Book family, Nathan befriended the great Tony Orlando, who continued to encourage Brimmer to dive deeper into the entertainment world. In 2012, Sanford Street Productions was created as an umbrella corporation for all of Brimmer and Luaces' ventures in music, screenwriting, and film production.

After heading to New Mexico in 2012, Nathan Brimmer joined the NM film community. He quickly picked up work on shows like Breaking Bad and Longmire. In addition to television, Brimmer was attached to the feature films Things People Do (2014) with Wes Bentley and Jason Isaacs, and Seth MacFarlane's A Million Ways to Die in the West (2014).

Nathan's athletic build and advanced technical knowledge in engineering make him a solid pick in a variety of roles. To request Nathan for an audition, click here.
